What makes a good colorway? Where does inspiration come from? How the hell do I make a novelty? The process of designing keysets is as varied and colorful as the sets themselves.
This year we’ve gathered a handful of designers old and new, stuck them behind the mic, and it’s up to you to ask the questions and drive the conversation!

Tim Van Damme, also known as maxvoltar, is a software designer who entered the keyboard hobby in 2020. Soon after, he began designing keycaps and keyboards. Now, after dozens of projects, he will share his journey, including the mistakes he’s made (so you don’t have to) and the friends he’s met along the way. Join us for an in-depth exploration of what it takes to bring a keyboard project to life. Yes there will be sneak peeks.
